The Wimbledon Society Letter to Merton Council Regarding The 1993 Restrictive Covenants and Merton's Legally Binding Duties to the Community

The Wimbledon Society has released a statement and a copy of a letter to Merton Council Leader Ross Garrod, correcting Merton Council's incorrect statement about the 1993 restrictive covenants that protect Wimbledon Park (including the former golf course) and reminding him of the council's leagally binding duties to the community.
